Overview: Services and advantages for users buying our software

Audiffex has a very gentle policy for all customers:

  • One serial number allows to download both Mac and Windows versions of our applications
  • Customers are allowed to install the applications to more computers if they use one of these computers at a time.

Updates are free

  • All the customers who purchased our applications in the past may confirm: They didn't have to pay anything to keep their software up to date. Even those who have bought GT Player or RT Player obtained a free update to inTone.
  • We are quickly adopting new versions of operating systems. Users do not pay for keeping our applications compatible.
  • The updates are available at the same page where the product was downloaded. They are available whenever after the date of purchase, we don't want any "download protection" fee.

Technical support

  • We provide free technical support via e-mail for all our products, drivers and M-Audio hardware related issues.
  • The support covers all the variants and versions of our software, including demos, Express versions bundled with hardware.
  • The phone support covers our software only and it is available for customers who purchased our software or who upgraded from Express to the Pro version.

Reflecting your needs

  • Audiffex is carefully listenning to user feedback. Most of new features are added because of user demands.
  • Example: The customer who purchased version 1.0.3 of inTone needed to load inTone programs using numeric keypad and a MIDI controller on a specific channel. We have added MIDI channel selection and keypad program selection in version 1.0.4.
