We provide technical support for all our products. Please understand that we cannot teach you the basic principles of computers and audio in an e-mail, but we publish answers to your questions in our Classroom. On the other hand, we provide support for free, bundled and demo versions as well.
To solve problems:
- Check whether the question is answered in the FAQ section or explained in the Hardware, Software or Classroom section. You get answers immediately there.
- If you haven't found the answer, do not hesitate to contact us. If you need any advice, provide the following info:
- Operating system - Mac OS X or Windows.
- Audio interface you use.
- The name and the software version of our product.
