Examples of setups for live performance and recording
NRV10 with interFX Pro software can be used for a small band. This is an example how to set it up:
- Guitar is connected to channel 1, processed by standard guitar effect chain - gate, distortion, delay, chorus etc., included in interFX Pro.
- Bass is connected to channel 2, processed by standard bass effect chain - gate, delay, chorus etc., included in interFX Pro.
- Microphones in channels 3 and 4 are processed by vocal effect chains - gates, compressors, reverbs etc., included in interFX Pro.
NRV10 with interFX Pro as a keyboard center:
- Open software instruments in the interFX Pro chains.
- If you would like to connect also hardware synths or sound modules, connect their output to channels 5/6 and 7/8 of the NRV mixer.
- You can process both hardware and software synths output by effects opened in interFX channels.
- Record the whole performance in the Master channels.
